At our in person member only meeting in October, Sara Mulder will be leading a watercolor demonstration, as well as sharing her techniques and insights into the creative process. We’re excited to have her join us and inspire fellow artists with her work!

Sara is a Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based artist who has spent over 22 years sharing her passion for art as a high school educator. After graduating from Dordt University in 2003 with a degree in fine art and education, Sara has balanced teaching with her growing career as a professional painter. Since launching Sara Mulder Art in 2022, she has worked as both an artist and educator, and will transition to full-time painting in 2025.

Sara’s artwork, often commission-based, reflects her love for personal connections and bringing clients’ visions to life.  Sara’s journey is rooted in her love for Jesus and her commitment to loving others, which she carries into every aspect of her life and art.
