GPWS is fortunate to have many wonderful members who live outside the Sioux Falls area. Several have graciously agreed to host events in their communities. The goals of these gatherings are to paint with friends, connect with local artists, and simply have fun. Plan to pack a sack lunch, and feel free to carpool if you wish.

On this day, we will begin with plein air painting at The Healing Garden near the Dell Rapids Cemetery. Dell Rapids is located 15 miles north of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The garden and labyrinth are situated at the north end of the cemetery, which is located on 15th Street on the far north side of Dell Rapids. Bring your own sack lunch to eat at Jeannie’s art studio, followed by a Sterling Edwards style still life lesson led by Jeannie.
