ARTIST ELIGIBILITY – All Exhibitions are open to all GPWS members in good standing who have paid their dues through December, 2019.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS – Each individual may submit one painting. All paintings must be original, two-dimensional works in water-based media. All forms of water media include representational and abstract watercolor, gouache, hand-painted collage, mixed media, water-based inks, acrylics, egg tempera and casein. Collage is acceptable, but all pieces must be created by the artist. Copies of other artists’ work will not be accepted, nor will work derived from photographs not taken by the artist. Paintings must be original, not done in a class or workshop.
PRESENTATION/FRAMING REQUIREMENTS – All paintings must be suitably framed. Frames must be neutral, simple, and sturdy with wire hangings fastened with d-rings. Canvas paintings need wire hangings as well. Watercolor paintings may have glass or archival plexiglass. Maximum exterior size is 432 square inches, e.g. 18×24 (including frame). Minimum size is 154 square inches, e.g. 11×14 (including frame)
SALE OF ART WORK – Paintings can be priced to sell. All sales are between artist and seller. No commissions will be taken from this exhibit. The following information is placed with each painting, for sale or not.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PAINTINGS – Starting May 1, GPWS website will provide a button for you to submit a photo of your paintings and information. You may submit more than one painting but only 1 from each artist will be selected.
Submit photo and information – May 1-May 31
Notify – June 15
Deliver – July 1, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Pick-up – September 30, 3 – 4:30 p.m.
